Where are Items shipped from?

All items are shipped from Whitehorse, Yukon. 

How are items shipped?

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. 

How fast are custom orders shipped?

All custom orders are different and an estimate time will be provided upon order confirmation. 

What if my custom moccasins do not fit?

I try my best to make each custom order to the dimensions provided by each client. However, if a measurement is incorrect when you receive your order, the moccasins may be returned and exchanged for store credit (less shipping costs). When ordering for children, please insure you allow some growing room when providing the sizes to me.
